The hospitality arts learners that will be going through this new two year program of Hotel will just came out of this education program with more than real world experiences rather than in the past according to Hotel General Manager Lee Belfield. They will now able of applying the entire daily knowledge while they will be working the hotel. They mush be twice as efficient during the time they will be going unto this local or for national job employment due to its newer learning laboratory. During in the past, Kirkwood learners determined in regards of managing the restaurant while still operating Class Act Restaurant of Kirkwood’s main school campus setting. They will be serving four lunches in weekly basis with the opening of this hotel. Learners will also be gaining experiences in preparation and upon serving breakfast, dinner, and lunch in full service restaurant due to the increase of 21 meals in weekly basis as a mere additional staffing that been needed.

With that, Hotel will prepare learners beyond its dining experiences. Its been observe that managing over the hotel considered as one tougher job employment in hospitality industry. It’s been considered that students learn in the Class Act is quite limited. Hotels got various parts that move on and support learners get into practice. Learners will work in each mealtime basis and catering events in order to better prepared its demand upon hospitality industry.
